Easy Mango Tiramisu
Ingredients:
1 pkt Lady Fingers
1 cup milk
1 16oz heavy cream
1 16oz Mascarpone cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 can Mango puree (850g)
Method:
Whisk heavy cream in a stand mixer until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and continue whisking until incorporated. Add the entire can of condensed milk and continue whisking until incorporated. Lastly add 1 cup of mango puree and continue to whisk until everything is incorporated. Set aside.
In a glass pan, arrange the lady fingers to cover the bottom. Pour milk over the lady fingers to soften the lady fingers. Pour the mixture from stand mixer to cover the lady fingers. Smoothen the top. Pour the remaining mango puree over the top and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled! Yummy!
