Annie’s Special Mint Sauce

     cup white balsamic 
    vinegar (I used my special Sex On The Beach Balsamic Vinegar) you can also use apple cider vinegar or sherry). 
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped garlic
  • 1 tbs of oil (any cooking oil) 
  • pinch salt
  • Directions: 
  • Sauté garlic in oil until golden. Remove from oil. 
Bring vinegar to a boil and remove from the heat. Combine the chopped mint, garlic, vinegar and salt in a mini chopper or blender. Blitz it for 10 secs. Serve with Leg of lamb or rack of lamb.
