Long Life Noodles with Prawns
Ingredients:
2 lb long life noodles cook according to package directions
1 lb Prawns fry using walnut shrimp recipe
1 tbs. minced garlic
a bunch of dried chilies
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/2 cup Hongkong Sweet Soy sauce
3 tbs. rice vinegar
2 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. chicken sauce
2 tbs. sesame oil
Method:
Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and cool dry.
In a bowl, add 1:2 cup plum sauce, 1/2 cup Hongkong sweet Soy sauce, 3 tbs rice vinegar. 2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs chicken sauce, 2 tbs sasame oil.
In a high heated wok, pour two tbs. sesame oil. Sauté the dried chilies and dish out. Sauté garlic and add noodles. Pan fry the noodles... till some parts are crispy.
Pour the sauce and stir fry to coat. Add bean sprouts at the end. Taste and dish out to a plate. Top with walnut shrimp and garnish with cilantro or spring onion.
Present on plate with prawns and fried dried chilies.
