Buckwheat Noodles - Vegetarian

Recipe:
4 cups of Buckwheat Noodles
1 cup of julienne carrots
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 cup of spinach
2 tbs of roasted white sesame seeds
2 tbs of Korean BBQ sauce
1 tbs of sesame oil
1 tbs of rice vinegar
1 tbs of sugar
1 tbs of soya sauce

Method:
Boil and drain buckwheat noodles according to directions. Add the spinach, carrots and bean sprouts. It will get cooked along with the heat from the noodles. Add the rest of the ingredients and taste. add more sugar/soya sauce according to taste. Good even at room temperature !
