Sour Cream Pound Cake




















Sour Cream Pound Cake - to make Chocolate, substitute 1 cup of all purpose flour with 1 cup of cocoa powder. To make marble, swirl the chocolate mixture to the plain mixture.
Ingredients:

1.5 cups butter
6 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups sugar
8oz sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Grand Marnier

Method
In an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffly. Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda. Add to butter mixture and alternate with sour cream and end with flour.
Add extracts.
In two greased pan, lined with parchment paper, pour mixture and bake a 325 deg F for 1 hour 20 mins.

Serve with ice cream and raspberries.
