These chinese dumplings are called "Siu Long Pau" in Cantonese. The inside is a meat ball made usually from pork and shrimp. When you bite into it, you need to suck up the soup in the dumpling.

I assembled these from pre-made package that are sold in Asian stores. These are tiny little dumplings frozen and steamed for approx 20 mins in a Chinese steamer over a layer of cabbage leaves. Makes great appetizers or snacks.
