Baked Lobster Tails






This summer, my sister Elsie and us had a great time cooking dinner. We decided to bake some lobster tails. These were seasoned with garlic, butter, tarragon and thyme before we put them in the oven of 400 degrees for 5 mins.
We also made a rack of lamb, linguine and Israeli Couscous to go with it.

Serve hot with a nice Riesling - we brought back the Century from our Biltmore Estate trip. The pairing was so perfect - the Century had a multitude of floral fragant , light and perfect with the Baked Lobster tails.
