Monkey Bread - Cream Cheese





Recipe:
3 rolls of biscuits
1 can of Philadephia cream cheese
1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp of Jamaican rum
2 tbsp of cinnamon powder

Method:
In a saucepan, add 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar to make a caramel. When cooked, add the rum and the walnuts.
In a mixing bowl, add the remainder brown sugar and cinnamon.
Break open the biscuits from the container. For each biscuit, add a tsp of cream cheese and close it up to make a half moon shape. Dip it in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. In a Bundt cake mold, spray with pam. Arrange the biscuit round the bundt cake mold. Pour a layer of the brown sugar caramel and walnuts. Continue to layer the top with biscuits. When done, pour the rest of the brown sugar caramel and walnuts over. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 25 - 30 mins when edges are brown.
