Korean Barbeque Beef - Bulgogi


My Korean friend, Kim Mallow made this Korean Barbeque Beef.
Marinate:
12 oz of beef - sliced (I used a regular flank steak above)
1/2 cup of Cocoa-Cola
2 tbsp of soya sauce
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 clove of garlic - crushed
1/2 onion - crushed
Marinate the beef in the above mixture for at least 4 hours. Barbeque on grill. Serve with lettuce, kimchee and hot white rice.
