Best Pizza Dough
This is the best pizza dough recipe I have ever tried. It has 63% hydration. Many recipes out there uses different hydration percentages but I find that this is the perfect portions of each of the ingredients.
Ingredients:
100% flour - 500g
63% water - 315g
15% starter - 75g
3% salt - 15g
2% olive oil - 10g
Method:
I put everything in the mixer with a dough hook and let it run on low for 10 mins. Take it out and put it in an oil mixing bowl, cover and let it rise to double. I kept it overnight and use it next morning.
Punch down and use the dough for pizza or breads. Easy and delicious!
