Naan Pizza


This is the easiest way to make pizzas at home. It takes no effort or time at all.

Ingredients:
A bag of Naan (frozen or regular)
Mozzarella cheese - shredded
Parmigiano cheese (or any others of your choice)
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Sliced tomato
Marinara sauce (from jar)
Pepper (freshly ground)
some basil leaves (or other herbs for garnish)

Method:
Heat oven to 350 deg F. Put frozen or regular Naan on a pan and heat in oven for 5 mins till warm.
Remove from oven.
Apply marinara sauce onto Naan. Layer with cheeses and tomato slices.
Turn oven off and turn on Broil on high.
Put the pizza back onto oven and broil for 5 mins or top is slightly brown.
Remove and sprinkle with pepper, olive oil and garnish with basil leaves or herbs.

Enjoy !! Naan is better than your regular pizza dough. Saves you the trouble of rolling the dough.
