Fried Shrimp Balls

Ever been to San Francisco or Toronto's China Town where you enjoy Dim Sum that comes in push carts? Well, this would be something on the fried carts that come around for you to pick. They have fried shrimp balls which is Michael's favorite, they have fried cuttlefish (Chinese version of calamari but even better). I hope to post the recipe soon. More to come.
