Gluten Free Organic Quinoa


This is grain has high levels of anti-oxidant agents to fight off diseases. Make it a staple of your diet.
Recipe:
1 Cup of Quinoa - get Gluten Free and Organic. They are reasonably priced from Trader Joe's.
1 cup of water
1 bunch of herbs - mint, dill and basil, chopped
1 cup of cherry tomotoes
salt and pepper
3 tbs of EVOO (olive oil)

Method:
Rinse the quinoa in cold water.
In an Asian rice cooker (if you don't own one, go get one please ! ). Put the quinoa and water and turn on the regular setting for cooking jasmine rice.
Once it's cooked, add salt, pepper, tomotoes and herbs. Add a couple of tbs of olive oil. Fluff and serve !
