All Natural Wheat Free Gluten Free Banana Muffins


 Ingredients: 1-1/4 Cups Wheat Free Gluten Free mix (see picture) 1/4 cup water 1/3 cup honey or Agave nectar 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup fruit - banana diced or berries 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla 4 tbs melted butter Recipe: yield 6 muffins. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Mix the ingredients together and spoon onto greased or lined muffin pan - 2/3 full. Bake for 20 mins. Serve Healthy muffins !!!

  1. I had the very good fortune to recieve an entire loaf of Annie's Wheat Free/Gluten Free Blueberry Loaf Cake. The cake was moist, light and subtly sweet. My "picky" eater ate two huge slices and could have easily finished the entire cake himself:)
