For Green Tea Shortbread, go to my recipe for Traditional Shortbread on this blogsite and add 4 tablespoons of Matcha (Japanese Green Tea powder).
Buy matcha at Asian Grocery Store or online. Use IPPUKU Matcha Latte brand from Seattle.
