Yong Tao Foo

This is vegetables stuffed in fish cake. A place in K.L Malaysia called Ampang is famous for this. We recreated this in Toronto Canada during christmas. It calls for fresh fish paste (made from King or Mackerel fish), minced pork and some salt fish added. It is then stuffed into chilies, bean curd, red and green pepper, eggplant and sauted to cook.
