Pepper Beef with Broccoli



Recipe:
The pepper mixture is from Singapore. I will add the picture soon.
1 pound of beef sirloin sliced marinated with the pepper mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in fridge
1 tbs of shaoxing wine (or cooking wine)
1 tbs of corn starch
salt and pepper
1 tbs of vegetable oil for stir fry

Method:
Blanched broccoli in hot water and arrange on plate. Stir fry the beef marinated in hot oil in a wok. Stir fry for 2 -3 mins. Add salt, pepper and cooking wine. Put cornstarch with a tbs of water and add to the mixture. Transfer to broccoli plate and serve hot immediately.
