Summer Night Barbeque pork chops and wings




The summer barbeques are enjoyed in my backyard with lights hanging by the umbrella, Tikki torches and outdoor candles to repel the bugs when it gets dark. We made some summer cocktails - like Shirley Temples for the kids (non-alcoholic), Sangrias, wine and Spa water.

Barbeque Pork chops: Marinate with Korean barbeque sauce for at least 2 hours.
Chicken Wings: I marinate with Rosemary from my herb garden, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Throw some corn on the barbeque and brush with butter when done.

Put out some fresh lettuces and when everything is cooked, its fantastic food with drinks and ambiance is great !!
