Mango Pudding





Recipe:
1. 2 riped mangoes
2. 1 pkt of gelatin
3. 1/2 cup of sugar
4. 1 cup of heavy cream
5. 1/2 cup of orange juice
6. 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
7. 1/2 cup of evaporated milk

Method:
In a saucepan, heat the orange juice sprinkle with gelatin until warm. Cut up the mangoes and blend it with the orange juice-gelatin mixture, sugar. Transfer to mixing bowl. In a mixer, whisk the heavy cream with confectioners sugar until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the mixing bowl mixture. our it over a springform pan and cover with a saranwrap.
Put the springform pan in the freezer overnight.

Take it out to room temperature for 15 mins before serving. Pour evaporated milk after slicing onto plate. Garnish with mint/mango slices.
